College Class 2018

Last semester I had an 8:30 or 9 am everyday and it was disgusting. And I live on the top of a hill which is not salted/shoveled so naturally I slipped numerous times on my way to class. I’m never taking that many early classes again.

Hey guys! I havem’t been on in a long time, but I wanted to check back in and see how everyone was?

How would you rate my spring 16’ schedule:
Principles of Microeconomics (Last social Science credit)
General Chemistry 1
Pre-calc
Demystifying science( no homework, no tests, just a discussion class) *maybe a final project

should I add another class?

Why are you taking so many introductory classes as a sophomore? Will you be able to graduate when you want to?

I pretty much finalized my schedule - two major courses, a minor course, an honors seminar, and a regular seminar (gen ed. for “intermediate” students - i.e. sophomores and juniors). I’m pretty pleased with it. On MWF I start at 8AM and finish at 9:50 AM and on TuTh, I start at 8:00AM and finish at 1:30PM, with an hour and a half break thrown in. I don’t really like breaks, but I’ll find some way to be productive.

I was placed in alegbra . I didn’t even past biology, because it took me seven times to pass the biology regents. I’m actually in a community college, so I’m not even following the requirements I need to meet. I need about six more classes and I can finally transfer. Calculus 1 over the summer will fun :)>- I never took physic, nor chemistry in high school. Due to the biology test.

lol, I’m actually going to be taking 3 introductory courses in the fall as a junior XD
But I’ll still graduate on time.

My schedule is completely up in the air.

One more semester at my current campus, and I’m transferring! I’m kind of scared, LOL.

I think I am done with my general education requirements after next semester. All my classes will be for my major beginning my junior year.

I haven’t taken any really introductory classes. II pretty much jumped in to upperclassman stuff. I’m done with gen ed requirements and I’ve declared my majors and will declare my minors soon.

This is the first time that I’m having a complete panic attack over enrolling for classes. I’m a sophomore who needs to sign up for junior level classes and almost half my classes are filled. I’m freaking out

I’m waitlisted for all my classes >.<

Accepted as a transfer to this program I really wanted to go to! Very, very excited. I love it at my school, but they don’t offer the major I want.

@Vctory ayyy congrats! where are you headed off to?

@Violet1996 thanks! I’m going up to Cornell starting this spring. (Almost all my credits transfer so I’m still class of 2018!)

oh sweet you’ll get the brunt of our lovely winters =)

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Last two weeks of class started today! Ugh, I’m ready to be done with this semester. I feel like the time has flown by, though. I’m ready for a month off. It’s hard to believe that we’ll be juniors in just a short while!

This is our last week of classes. Then we have 1.5 weeks of finals. I have 2 finals, 4 final projects, and 2 final papers… can’t wait for this semester to be over!

I have 1.5 weeks left of class - then 2 final exams and 2 final papers (all on the same day - the day before Christmas Eve, so fun…) I need winter break on a deep, deep spiritual level. @Jesus take the wheel.

Edit: Oh whoops, apparently there’s actually a user named Jesus on CC. Their last thread was posted in 2005, though. LOL.

@preamble1776 omg yeah winter break can’t come sooner

I have a week of instruction, then a week of RRR (I forget what it actually stands for, but I call it review, resuscitation, repeat week).
