I have no idea how I passed principles of Mircoeconomics. Passed everything
So my average for tests was 55.8, and homework was around 90 percent. Tests was 60 percent and homework was 40 percent. microencomics was so much harder than macro. Im not an economics major btw. I just took it to full fill my social science requirement.
I’m taking my first test prep course this fall for graduate school… Yikes. When did I stop being 12 years old?
Secured a research position for the fall. Meh.
Hey everyone!
How’s your summer going?
I’m getting ready to take my first trip all e- need to escape reality before my 21 credit semester starts up
I’m already over half way through with my internship, which is surprising! I wasn’t able to do much for the first half (account issues/computer problems), but I’ve made tremendous progress on my project in the last couple weeks. I’ve definitely learned a lot. Summer’s going by so fast.
I’m excited and nervous for the fall semester. I found out a few weeks ago that I was selected as choreographer for the first theater production (it’s a revue style show that we do every year with the cast being people who have never been in a department show, primarily freshmen)! So September is going to be super busy :)) I’m also taking a full academic load with 2 math classes, 1 CS class, 1 theater class (costuming!), and 1 music class (music theory- my last class to complete the minor). And I’m keeping all my ECs from last year, and also beginning lessons a new instrument (organ- will be my fourth set of lessons). It’s gonna be hard, but I think I can handle it. I’m hoping to also raise my GPA a bit (not that there’s anything wrong with mine now), so I’m gonna work really hard to hopefully get straight As.
Are you guys ready to go back? My summer has been nice, but at this point in the summer, I start to miss the school routine. I know I’ll regret saying that by week eight in the semester, but I’m ready to go back and start new classes. I’m also going to my new school this year, so that is something to look forward to. I’m excited.
My schedule is still the same. I have three three-hour classes on MWF from 8-11, and then two classes on T/R. One I think is 3:05-4:20, and one is from 4:35-5:50. Not a bad schedule. My days end early on MWF, and I get to sleep in on T/R.
I have a much better schedule this fall, and I have a single so no more annoying roommates, but I have to get involved in a lab and apply for internships and am worried about balancing that with my schedule.
Plus when I go back that means my boyfriend will be three hours away instead of five minutes.
Never end, summer :-SS
Both my internships didn’t start until July and I’m also a Summer RA so I’ve gone from relaxing at home in June to being busy all the time. I’m going abroad for a week in August which will be a much-needed vacation.
As far as schedules mine is really nice for what I like. 18 credits with three 11am and two 2pm start times and just one enjoyable class on Friday. I may drop one class during add/drop because 15 credits worked well for me in the Spring compared to the 17 I took in the Fall. It’s difficult because I have four required courses this semester and I couldn’t decide between two electives - so I picked both!
I’m not ready to go back, just got back from a vacation in Punta Cana- so I am in no way ready to think about school… I have class Monday, Tuesda, Thursday
If I remember properly, Monday I have class from 9am-7pm, Tuesday From 11-5 and thursday from 9am-3:15
I’m taking 22 credits with 3, 3 hour classes plus student teaching
I have breaks in the middle of the day this upcoming semester, which I always really appreciate because I don’t have to rush lunch and I have in-built time to study, do readings, meet for group assignments, etc. I’m really looking forward to this year!
I just realized that my one class is only an hour and fifteen minutes and only once a week.
This means I only have one day where I have two classes the same day. I only have one class a day besides Thursdays. Interesting.
Today was the last day of my internship. Classes start a week from Monday. Where did the summer go?!?
I move back in tomorrow and classes start Monday. I’m currently packing everything… My dad thinks I’m bringing way too much clothes :)) And I’m sad cuz I’m leaving behind a bunch of music i wanted to bring- I just don’t have room to put it at school!
When do you guys go back?
Moving in today.
SINGLE LIFE <:-P
Classes tomorrow! I always get so nervous right before a semester starts (more fall than spring). Stuffs face with kettle corn to ignore unexplained feelings of agitation and further indulge in the habit of emotional eating.
@runner019, I always get more before the fall semester than I do the spring semester. Don’t know why.
Anyway, classes begin tomorrow, and I’m all moved in. I love my university. I also really like being away from home, LOL.
i thought my classes started early lol i go back next week, but my old school doesn’t go back until sept. 6
I don’t start until September 6th. My internship started last week, though.
I am really excited to start classes again - partly because I genuinely enjoy so many of my classes and I like learning, but also partly because new boys. (jk.) (not jk.)
Three weeks of classes in the books already. I’m really enjoying this semester so far.
