There’s a HUGE difference between a 1500 SAT average college and a 2000 SAT college.
However, neither score would be likely for either Harvard or MIT (which we can see in your handle).
What’s your GPA? What type of curriculum do you have (A Level, IB…)?
What’s your parents’ budget?
What do you want to major in?
For a 1700-1900 score and assuming you need some financial aid but not full tuition or full ride from a private and can afford the least expensive publics, I’d suggest Gustavus Adolphus, Earlham, Ursinus, UScranton, Marist, Albion, UMW, Longwood, UA Birmingham, UMass, Guilford, Rollins, USF, Eckerd, Penn State The Behrend College, University of South Carolina, UNC-Wilmington, Appalachian State, SUNY Albany, Iowa State, Whitier, CSU HUmboldt, SDSU, CPP.

My parents’ budget, according to them, they are ready to pay - regardless of the fee. (However, if I get a full ride or a scholarship that’d be sweet.) My goal would be to get above 2000+ and 700+ on the subject tests ( Physics + Math Level 2). @MYOS1634

^ You should come back once you have taken those tests, it is impossible to tell at this point which schools might be a good fit for you based off the information you’ve given

Sounds good. Alright. Thanks lads!

In the meanwhile, look at the schools I listed and fill out the information form for those you like.
