Well, I was sitting at the end of a row and the 4 other people in the row couldn’t even finished the normal math section.
So, I’d have hope.
To have any sophomores in BC this year was basically a first for my school, which is sad considering in my summer class, there were a number of eighth graders who were taking it as freshmen.
My school is selective, so we usually have 1-2 that take the “calculus course” every year.
Freshman: AB Calc
Sophomore: BC Calc
Junior: Multivariable Calc
Senior: Calculus Based Statistics.
I happen to be one of them even though it’s probably way too much math for a biology major XD. But it’s cool because the last 2 years are self study and super chill, so one less thing to worry about.
Public school in a bigger town sucks.
Next year I take Linear and then Multivar in Senior Year. The only other math class is Stats, which is a wasteland of noncalc seniors.
I think there are pros and cons about it either way. My school is very small (my graduating class is about 60 people), which can be nice because we all know each other and our teachers/counselors are really focused on each of us. But, there are problems, such as we don’t qualify for a Mu Alpha Theta chapter.
My school sucks. They only let me skip one year so now I am in alg2/trig.
