lmao, i took the test last year, and the math section that I took today was completely identical to the one i took last year. Way to go Columbia.

I also recognized a few (not all) of the challenge problems reappearing.

People in CC are always so much better-performing than the actual kids in the rooms lol. I hear people getting <12 everywhere, and 17+ every post here XD. I hope 16/20 is top 15% =X

@AlacrityPain

I could not have said it better myself. I’m in the same boat as you: 16/20 challenge math. Anyway, I’m not going to beat myself up anymore. I’ll just wait to June hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.

Definitely 13.
a + b + c + d = 60
2a = b + c + d
3b = a + c + d
4c = a + b + d
d = 13

Ughhh hate typing on a smartphone

For the i question, was it 1-i(root -3) / 2 ?

And i value was ( root -1)

So this is what I got 1 - 3i/ 2

Minus sign turns into plus so x = 4/2 = 2??

I don’t really remember, but it ended up
but I remembered getting (1- 3i^2)/2, which was -2/2 = -1

From what i read in the previous years on this forum, only about half of the CCers here get in :(

hey guys, there was a science MC question with a diagram and air moving in this sort of pattern:
^ v
^ v
^ v
^ <
(Earth) (Ocean)

And it asked which of the following did not explain this behavior. What was the ans to that?

i think it was the one that says the ground recieves more sunlight than the ocean

Yeah that’s what I got too

I was quite surprised at the lack of physics questions

Am I the only 1 who left about half those challenge questions blank but MADE SURE the ones done were correct?

I made with 11 - 12 correct.. Guessed around 3-5 and skipped 3-4

I checked a couple that were easy to check, like the one with 28, 16 and 4

@itszarinnn - where were you sitting? I was sitting close to the front…BTW The seats were so annoying, like my back still hurts right now.
The question that started like 'what a runner should eat before running in order to something something something..?"- was the answer the egg? I think I said the candy bar. oh whatever…I guess I left 4 blank in the science section–is that bad?

@pvenigal

Yeah! I crammed so much for physics, but all there was was a few questions on parallel and series circuits. I should’ve probably reviewed meteorology instead…

@daphneloveschem

I got candy bar for that too. Egg gives u long term energy while the candy bar gives u short term energy

What was the question that involved 28 cents?

i got candybar here

The one with 28 cents was like: a gives b what b has and c what c has, and then b does the same thing as a with a and c. (Lol that looks really confusing. Tell me if you want me to explain it better)
