Common App Doubt...Please help as fast as you can...???

<p>I am taking the SAT subject test and SAT I in Dec 2013 and Jan 2014 respectively.( I passed out this year from CBSE).I want to do Comp Sc and i took PCMB in class 11 and 12…
I will be applying for Fall admission as Regular Deadline candidate.
My counselor and me have doubts about the following :

  1. What has to be given in “School Report, Optional Report, Mid Year Report, Final Report”…?
  2. Since I have passed out is Mid year report required…? If yes, What…?
  3. In my final report can my 10 and 12 final grades be sent…?(instead of 9,10,11,12…)
  4. In number of Sec School Leaving Exam… Which board do i select…?
  5. What is the level of CBSE course…i.e. AP,Elective etc…???
  6. One of my teaches typed out my recc. in word and then made it into a pdf and submitted it…It doesnt have a school logo letterhead or anything…Will it do…???</p>

<p>You need to submit Final Report for Class 12, signed and stamped by the school counsellor/ Principal. </p>

<p>Class 9/10/11/12 grades have to be sent on a single sheet, Transcript. It could include awards and achievements, class rank, percentile, number of students in each grade, SAT scores, Average Grade…to make it easy for the adcoms to assess you at a glance. There are mny templates available. You could choose and alter as per your specifications.</p>

<p>School Report is basically a profile of your school. It could include the Board it follows, CBSE or ICSE or State Board, subjects or Streams offered, past performance of the school, size of the school…</p>

<p>The school leaving exam in your case is CBSE.</p>

<p>I think in the level of CBSE, you leave it blank.</p>

<p>I think the online submission without a logo should not be an issue. As you would have invited the teacher as your counsellor or LOR teacher on CommonApp.</p>

<p>Since you already have the Final Report of Class 12, you need not submit the Midyear Report. But if any college that you are applying to, shows your application as Incomplete due to Mid Year Report, then you might need to send to complete the application.</p>

<p>Yes, 9th and 11th Report is required.</p>

<p>Optional Report is for sending corrections, I believe.</p>

<p>The school leaving exam is called AISSCE - All India Senior School Certificate Exam (Class XII)</p>

Please reply ASAP. If class 12 board examination marks are not yet available then what to do for the final report?
