Concerned over Junior Year Schedule

Hi friends,
Long story short, I’ve been spending weeks and weeks trying to perfect my junior year schedule for the upcoming school year. At the moment, it is:

Mock Trial (zero period)
AP Biology
AP US History
AP English
AP French 5
Honors Precalculus
Free Period

I was going to take AP Psychology instead of AP French, but I ended up taking the AP test for it instead after self studying. Now, I’m having trouble deciding between AP French and AP Statistics. Essentially, I won’t be able to take AP Physics in senior year if I take AP French instead of AP Stats in Junior year (given that I take AP Stats and AP Comp Sci senior year.)
Both classes are relatively easy A’s, but I want to keep a free period my junior (and preferably senior) year.

Im interested in a major leading towards a career in business or law.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Your schedule looks fine, IF you are ready for the rigor of AP classes. Have you taken any so far? Your Jr year grades are really important, so dont overload your self with AP classes if you can’t handle it. A falling GPA wont impress colleges.
Keep the free period- it will keep you sane.

You don’t really need AP physics if you’re interested in business or law.

Regarding the free period, does that schedule get you a diploma? You can’t graduate from our school with so few credits.

All schools are different, but I’m assuming 6 classes puts OP on track for a diploma

Agreed. And if AP French is a 4th level class, I would opt to keep that over AP Stat.

Mock trial zero period is a credit class? I thought it was an EC.

AP French is a core course, not AP Stats, so keep that.
