Confused :/

I’m an American living abroad. My application asks me to either send in an ‘international applicant fee’ or regular. which am I? I emailed the school like two weeks. no reply…

I would say you’re American, but I’m not really sure what they mean. Btw, why don’t you call them? What school is it?

University of Colo at boulder. I would call them, 'cept I’m in africa, no house phone, and my cell phone always has a realllly bad connection when ever I call anywhere else here, I can’t imagine how bad it would be if I tried calling the states :/

do you have any friend in the States? Because I would help you, but I live in Italy. I’m sure there are a lot of CCers glad to help you calling directly to the school.

if you’re still around:
haha, never mind, I just got a reply:)
you were goodluck !
thanks

They would consider you a domestic applicant:
