Congrats to Joe Riley for winning a Rhodes Scholarship

<p>Since no one here has said anything, I’ll go ahead and give a shout out to 4th year Joe Riley for recently winning a Rhodes Scholarship to study at Oxford University. Joe is also a Jefferson Scholar and a Truman Scholar. To date, UVa is the top state school to produce Rhodes Scholars in the US. Joe is UVA’s 48th scholar.</p>
