we got some of those actually, for calc, government, and us history and there are 2 ratings for the us history one on amazon, and there good, im guessing it could be white good to review, because despite people wanting amsco its huge, and ill pass especially for a good effective cram session.

i am smart

The relation with that post and useful review books is truly outstanding. I’m speechless.

If one had a marked disinterest in a subject, and didn’t want to take it in college, taking an AP test and cramming with a second-rate “study” text might seem an option. This being said, I suspect many people who use a text such as Princeton Review or REA (to study) will be shocked when they get into college but find out that classes aren’t that easy, and there is no Princeton Review book for everything in life.

My teacher said if I study the packet he give the class, it would give you a 5 on the exam if you know it in and out! What good prep guide for AP U.S. Govt. and AP Euro?

A working brain.

thx…i know i rule the universe

Does anyone know a good book for AP Italian? Textbook or study aid?

Completley disregarding the review section, which books do you think have the most accurate and most helpful practice tests for Calc BC and World History?

What is a good review, and not tests, for AP Biology?

Cliffs Notes are the best for AP Biology. Not to be rude, but this has been emphasized many times.

Also, The best review may not whats “best” for you. It could be something else.

Dont take something from other people’s perspective.

Cliffs is one of the best out there. Some suggest 5 steps to a 5.

Go to some bookstore and read both of them.. See whats more interesting and challenging for you.

Do whatever it takes to get a 5.

Someone needs to make ONE masterlist of all the books. I might do it when I have time during the summer for next year’s kids but…seriously. People are asking about things that have been repeatedly answered on the threads.

AP German and Latin?

i loved 5 steps for econ

Does anyone know if AMSCO is still available in stores? or is amazon is the only place to get it

ok, its 2007. lets make book suggestions for each one of these, and then after we get responses from a lot of people, we can make one master list:
so use this as ur template for making suggestions:

Art History
Biology
Calculus AB
Calculus BC
Chemistry
Macroeconomics
Microeconomics
English Language

sorry i forgot to put dashes.

I would REALLY love for multiple lists of this to eliminate ALL further questions. Individual lists such as “best for complementing class” and “best for practice tests” or “best for overall review” would be great. This way each person’s individual circumstances can be handled. For example, I still want to know what books to use throughout the year to help with BC and world history, and which books have the best practice tests for those. This thread can answer all those questions!

Okay, here’s a series of different lists.
