My D is a new mom, and likes making breakfast items in advance, as that is a rushed time of the day. She does breakfast burritos, wraps them individually in foil, then into a freezer ziplock. To reheat, takes off the foil and wraps in a damp paper towel. Cooks 1 min in microwave, then cuts in half and rewraps, then another 60 to 90 seconds. She also does a quiche that’s just stays refrigerated and heated by slice.
