Damn @UniversalSnip , with decisions already coming out…all you can do is hope and wait at this point, my friend. There’s not much anyone here can do to “change” an admissions decision. For all we know, they could have already went through everyone’s app and is simply releasing decisions in batches (which is not unheard of). Where else did you apply?
what a terrible thought :O. I hope that isn’t the case. I also applied to, in order of preference, harvard, stanford, yale, university of chicago, and the UCs LA, San Diego, Berkeley, and Davis.
You’re absolutely right, it’s out of our hands at this point. Be strong and don’t stop believing, I can tell from the thread that you really want it but as you point out we shouldn’t stress.
@UniversalSnip I’d say keep calling beacause Monday is the deadline for the ten days and you don’t want you application withdrawn. emailing would be slow because today is friday and they dont work on weekends so a reply might be sent on monday which may be too late.
if it helps my status changed to being sent for review just yesterday so you wont be the only one being late in terms of review
I called but when I go through the phone maze and say I’m a transfer there’s no option that connects me to anyone. How do I get ahold of someone at the office?

@UniversalSnip oh okay I see. yea if they recieved it its going to probably show on Monday or teusday . Because they probably didn’t process it yesterday since it was close to their closing time, so best bet is they processed it today and since the site updates once a day “Monday through Friday, usually during the evening hours (eastern time)” so be patient and dont stress

Well, I’m pretty scared, because my application was sent for review yesterday and I’ve heard that admission decisions are almost made. Last year decisions came out between 04/22-05/1 (ILR) and I don’t know if the only thing I can expect is rejection…
In other news, still no trans eval here, and there’s only one more business day before 4/21…

@eve1204 I’m praying we aren’t. I’m being positive because I applied to School of Engineering and I haven’t seen many Eng applicants post their decisions so hopefully not too late.
@newbee18 - I applied to ILR, but my application was completed so late that I’m afraid I cannot expect good news.
