The procedure is to email Cornell’s financial aid department (I think). If its a small thing, it should not cause any problem at all.
Deferred! What has to be done after you’ve been deferred? Someone pls help! They say that they require infomration that demonstrates intellectual and extracurricular interests!
@FZM777 I feel you man, I’m so lost atm I don’t even know if I should apply regular anymore because I don’t think I’m good enough and I’m just going to get rejected by every uni. I’m leaning towards my countries uni’s too now

Well I’m going to prepare for my ACT tomorrow and spend the next few weeks balancing school finals and writing more essays! I’ve made it this far and I see no reason to give up because of one college(although it was the most perfect one for me). I know I might just be splurging money and I might be rejected at every single university I apply to, but yolo right? Congrats on all the Acceptances and Defers(you guys atleast have a second chance!). See ya guys later maybe!
Also, @FZM777 wanna work on the college list and stuff together? I guess it’ll work out better if we can motivate/push each other forward.
Does anyone know the percentage of deferred applicants that get accepted at RD?
Would anyone be willing to start a thread for Deferred Applicants so there can be support for those who will continue with the application process to Cornell?

Son was deferred 2015, got letter in March. He just wrote a nice letter stating that Cornell was still his #1 choice. Show that you still want to be there. There are many reason for being deferred, plan to other schools and keep the faith for Cornell.
