@SaifoSehamy dw you are an AAP applicant right? which in fact cares less about grades
/ thats why people shouldnt post "chance me"s on this thread
@SaifoSehamy you’re not applying to the same school/college as him, so you’re not directly competing against him so relax
Anyone know when ED decisions come out?
@scout1298 I think decisions might come out on December 10th
@seniorlife555 how did you hear that???
Yeah same! I got an interview, but they called it a mini info session, I also got a special legacy thing!
Someone made a tweet about it for CALS

I made a countdown timer

We have confirmation that ILR decisions will be posted Dec 10 and there is a CALS tweet that gives the date Dec 10 so it is assumed at this point and time that the decision date will be Dec 10th for all Cornell colleges.
@SaifoSehamy AAP is such a different app process, there’s no point in comparing to other schools. If you had a solid portfolio and portfolio review, that’s what will really make your application shine the most.
Hey guys, I just had my “information session” a couple of days ago via phone call, and I think it went pretty bad… We had a lot of awkward silences ( is phone interview always this awkward?) and I somehow got super nervous during the call and only said “okay” “yeah” for everything she explained about Cornell… I feel like I made a lot of grammar mistakes while I spoke too (I am an international student). Would CAAAN volunteers write something negative about a candidate like, “this candidate speaks no English”? I am extremely worried…
I just recieved my sat subject scores… do you think I should rush it to cornell?
@Jubilantlearner yes omg definitely do that!
@polyglot05 try not to think about it too much now, there’s no use in crying over spilled milk, right? and don’t beat yourself up about it, phone interviews definitely don’t go as smoothly as Skype interviews do.
@Jubilantlearner I rush ordered my sat subject test score this morning. If it’s a good score, I would definately rush it!
I’m fairly sure the new system doesn’t have rush reporting, it’s all digital. I ordered my scores to be sent out in advance, and it’s marked as having been sent yesterday.

Well they happily took my money! It let me rush report my scores this morning. I did not send my scores before we got them because I was aways under the impression that you could only rush scores once they arrived.
I just selected which colleges to send the sat to before the test for free and Cornell got them today
If you sent them today they probably won’t get it in time. And if they do then it’s probably too late for them to see it
@Tryharding I did that with the October SATs and they didn’t even send them until 2 weeks later. Argh I’m so mad! I really want them to get them. I put a note on my app that I would be rush reporting Nov scores, but they don’t promise to wait.
