ok does anyone know what’s going on with admissions announcements? Are we still finding out next thursday?
@lolog123 As of now, we still are finding out next Thursday. The twitter pages did not mention a change of plan so I think we are good.
@rhdhtai i’m just freaking out a bit now.
I keep telling people at school I just want it to be over. The wait is almost worse than the probable rejection. I just want to get this over with. I’m so thankful for this thread because otherwise I would feel so alone in this process. I hope you all get in! You guys all seem like smart and funny and wonderful people.

@NICE8x hahahaha. Im the exact opposite. All my life, I have always fallen just barely short of everything, so I secretly don’t want the day to come. Well! Who knows, maybe I might, for once, succeed!
I just hope the finance doesn’t stop me going if I get accepted. Internationals have it tough for financial aid 
@ElliotLDavies I feel ya. First we have to worry about getting in then the finance. Fun.
what makes me even more nervous is out of those in my friend group, i’m the first to find out for my ED school (they’ve also applied to ivy or other prestigious schools)… the pressure and the stress is unreal lol
@corgis I come from a ridiculous High School where there is a really high amount of pressure. I know a LOT of people doing ED too and I feel you man (or woman :-/ ). The pressure and expectations are unreal.
@rhdhtai if cornell just waited one more day we would at least find out the same day as upenn (aka i would have a friend finding out with me). at least we don’t have to wait as long as those finding out the 15th! (and i’m a woman lol)
I feel like many top schools are releasing results earlier this year. I’m already so stressed out in this whole waiting process. Just had my “informational alum phone interview” yesterday, as he told me all those reports from alums are due the 1st for ED.
Apparently Columbia and Brown ED results are coming out on the 10th too - it’s going to a rollercoaster of emotions at my schools next Friday.
Really? Brown ED results are the 10th? Whoa…
