Once youre into the settings, click on the three dots again. It only works on phone
Out of the colleges you can afford, check out the ratings, go down to the curriculum and desired college experience and potential outcome. Put it all together, prioritize and choose. Itās really not complicated, once you can sort out the list

Shouldnāt the fact the it only works on Safari browser tell you something? All browsers behave different and can display the same website quite different, so isnāt it possible that the differences you are seeing are just as likely a difference in the browser behavior as it is something on Peoplesoft?

You mean on the student center? Yes , and thats the one they had on the aid missing items email too.
I tried on my phone on safari and chrome and I cannot find Home when I hit the three dotsā¦ 
You have to click on the three dots again after being in the my preferences page (which you get to by clicking on the three dots)
