What information are you basing this response on?

My son got admitted to Nolan on Feb 29th.

Does anyone have an idea re when Admitted Students day (or days - how does it work) might be this year?

Counselor forwarded me this letter he received from ILR’s director of undergraduate admissions last month. Essentially telling him they’d like to consider me for EOP however they need a recommendation letter from him. I received another email days later and spoke with an EOP advisor. I was just wondering if this means that my odds of getting in have increased or anything. Ps I have checked and I qualify for EOP.

Looks like your odds of getting in just got boosted. Best of luck for you!

it’s only ever been one group of kids before. precedent can always change but nolan does not do rolling decisions typically, just a few early ones

i saw ur post on reddit, im the same! i dmd u on reddit!

In years past there were 2 admitted students weekends in April. They said dates for this year will come out in Mid-March.

I received an interview invitation yesterday, i live in London and will be international student.
My question is isnt it too late for the interview?
My understanding is all will be final by now?
Can someone here guide please ?

All Cornell interviews are only informational. They have no connection to whether you are admitted or not. They are there to help you learn about the school. This is different from schools like Yale.

Hey did yours end up getting approved?

I got one but I’m not international. I don’t know if it got approved

I heard late interview by Yale is a good sign. Not sure about Cornell.

It’s not a sign at all. Again, these are non-evaluative for Cornell. They are something that available alumni do to provide a chance for applicants to learn about the school. If it is scheduled in March, it’s because this is when the alumni became available.

Cornell’s CDS says interviews are “considered.” They may not be the most important criteria, but unless Cornell is overtly misleading us, it is inaccurate to call them non-evaluative.

They are non evaluative. For real. There is just a check box for the alumni to indicate if there was a meeting or not. No place for a narrative. There aren’t enough alumni to offer everyone a meeting and the regional chairs that pair students and alumni have no access to any information other than name, HS, and contact info.
