right here

@M_51222 I see. I think this applies to all items except for the transfer transcript because if you look into the details of that particular item, it says “The item will be completed internally by the Financial Aid Office. No action is required from the student”.

do u think this means that we might get our decisions on tuesday?

My checklist just became complete, I emailed them yesterday saying my high school transcript was missing, and I haven’t heard back, but in the mean time it has been checked off as received. Now I wait, hopefully not for too long!

Is anyone still unable to access the financial aid checklist? My application portal is working properly. I’m having the issue with the login/pin. It won’t let me sign in even if I reset it. Perhaps it’s not accessible yet?

@zwetsch sometimes you might have to delete the tab and try again

Thanks! I’ll give it a try.

@racecarava No, someone mentioned that the first wave of decisions are going to be released on April 24

@enviscimath11 hmm thats weird, because I heard that decisions were coming on the third week (tuesday) of april and rolling every tuesday from then on. I also have a friend who received a call from Ian (ILR) and said that letter would be sent out on the 22

*letters should start getting sent out via mail (for TO students im not sure about non TO)

Does anyone else who has the TO have their financial aid transfer transcript as initiated still?

@M_51222 I’m a TO, but I’ll tell you that it’s normal for everyone (normal transfer applicants included) for everyone to have their transfer transcript status written as initiated.

Yea, I’m just making sure because I know some people on here are saying that theirs changed to ordered. @enviscimath11

Yes, I still have my transcript as initiated. Also, I emailed the financial aid office and got the W-2 notice removed from the to-do list, it was a mistake. And according to an email from CALS Admissions, transfer decisions will start being released on a rolling basis April 24th, but you’ll receive an email the day before with an access PIN.

Transfer transcript went from “ordered” to “No current to do item information found”. I guess they’re moving really fast!

I wonder if they are going to accept all of the TO applicants first and then other applicants later.

@IndirectProofs I had not thought of that, but that would make sense, since they have a prearranged agreement of sorts with GT applicants. I would assume then that all remaining students will be admitted into the remaining spaces.

Of course, alternatively, they could have a set number of spaces for GT and that is competitive as well.

I don’t understand all the discussion over GTs. It literally stands for guaranteed transfer.

@transferrrrrrcc Yes, but those applicants still have to meet certain criteria. Like they are guaranteed a spot as long as they x, y, and z.

I think people just want to use this time running their odds and this is one way to do it.

@transferrrrrrcc I know there almost needs to be two threads!
