I’m not TO and I’m applying to CAS. I didn’t hear back today 
Using past years as reference, does this seem like a good sign for non-TO’s that did not get a decision yet
@IndirectProofs Not hearing seems to be a good sign for non-TO’s TODAY (as most did not get in). I said MOST, not all. Obviously there will be acceptances and rejections in every wave. But there are patterns in previous years with regard acceptances/denials, though CC is a sampling only, so not scientific, of course.
My son is non GT/TO applying CAS; PIN trick did not work, no email notified us to view decision so far, this means more waiting and more suffer… For those got accepted today, big congratulations! for those got rejected today, I am sure God has a better arrangement for you; Regardless accepted or rejected, you will all do great in your life based on your positive attitude and persistent effort.

For the non-TOs that didn’t hear back yet, does anyone still have their transcript still on “initiated”? Should this mean a rejection?

@TenShe I’m a CAS non-TO and my transfer transcript is still on initiated. (From what I have seen throughout the thread, most non-TO applicants are still on initiated).

I’m also a CAS non-TO and I also did not hear back today. My application checklist is completed. I actually gave up on Cornell because they wanted me to pay the application fee which I cannot afford, but a week ago, they ended up paying it without me knowing, which I found out last night. Guess that means my application will be considered, good luck to everyone still waiting!
PS, for those whose transcripts are on initiated, im sure they just haven’t processed your transcripts yet, which isn’t a bad thing because that means you aren’t out of the running!

@kb199977 There is a fee waiver but you have to give them a copy of your SAR and fill out a special form. I’m so glad you got one.
