There are very few numbers on transfer amounts taken. But @Optimistic_22 is right about the 2% for first year admissions. Either way, not a lot of students, as most graduating classes out of Dyson are only 200 students or so

@jj1412 I applied to the Information Science, System and Technology. My college GPA is a 3.96 at a T80 school, high school GPA is 4.4. I also run a blog doing Basketball Analytics lol.
I applied for aid tho, so that was probably a big oof

Do you guys think it’s too late to send an email to the admissions office to update my application with some of my recent accomplishments? I can’t find a policy on their website regarding application updates.

@sperek27 for some reason the date April 15th sticks in my head for the deadline of getting in supplemental information to the admissions committees. So, it may be too far after the initial deadline, March 15th, to update your information. Wouldn’t hurt to poke around the general admissions website again though
How good of a sign do you guys think if a non-TO cas applicant is still waiting after today?
Judging by last year’s threads, do most non-TO people on the thread that didn’t get a decision during the first two waves get accepted?
Don’t be so sensitive yoyo! You said you’re from Iran and like 30 years old but began at community college in Virginia two years ago- and no longer attending college but got into Dyson? And now you are ‘vacationing’ in Dubai? Like I said, you are ‘claiming’ this. Story sounds fuzzy, yoyo, especially without proof and nobody else has heard their decision. I never mentioned you by name, but you’re kinda creepy too and asked me to connect with you offline. Sorry to have to decline, but women have to protect themselves!

Does anyone have any stats on the amount of psych major that get into CAS? Like GPAs or amount of majors who are usually accepted? It seems like this year the amount of psych applicants is relatively small.

So to start off, what’s the biggest thing that excites you about Cornell?
Let me start us off. I work for a mathematics company and one of the mathematicians and problem solvers I look up to went to Cornell. I want to follow in his footsteps. 
Not saying that’s my only reason, but it’s a reason.
