yes, but very very little i’ve only seen 4 total. I think CAS is slower! don’t worry!
Are there concentrations within ILR? I will be a sophomore too! and yes I will be visiting in may, but im not sure when wby?
3.7 GPA, two extracurricular (public speaking club & Asian student association), worked for my dad’s seafood delivery business since I was little. (I talked alot ab that in my why cornell essay), and did a summer program at Tulane University

Looks like things changed 180 degrees this year. There are 5 of us on this chat alone (non-TO) that heard in the first wave, and heard positively - of an admit.
This seems a smarter strategy in any case. If the non-TO admits decide to transfer elsewhere, then they can turn to those non-TO who are not initially admitted
