Cornell Transfer CO 2027/28 (For Fall 2025)

Yes! I would love to make a groupchat! How do we go about doing that??

Yes, we should!

Yes, I’m in!

I saw that the transfers are housed together in the South and West campus. Anyone know much about which side is better/worse? And which dorms in particular?

Hey my friend has a instagram groupchat, we have like 40 people, please reply with your instagram handle and we can add you

I sent you a message with my daughter’s instagram handle, thanks!

I just sent you a message!

Some of south campus is too far, IMO. West has some older building (called the Gothics) which are probably less desirable than the non-Gothics. West also has lots of dining options.

But as a transfer, you have the lowest priority for housing. All the returning students have chosen their dorms already.

just messaged you ty!

Thanks Momofthree24. I think I remember those Gothic buildings, really beautiful.
I read on the Cornell webpages that since 2022, transfers are required to reside in only West or South campus , to help them settle in together. So I assume that in West and South, transfers have the highest priority (while we don’t have any priority for the other dorms)

Freshman only live on North campus. West and South have a mix of sophomores, juniors, and seniors. It’s possible they’ve held some rooms in specific buildings on West and South specifically for transfers.

Hi! Would you also be able to send me a message so I can send my instagram?

Please message me and I will send my daughter’s IG name. She’s a transfer to ILR.
