I think it could become a consideration. “Research money” in many universities includes money to hire students as RAs etc. That money is necessary for those on fin aid to be able to afford and chip in. If they are not able to get that it could affect
Has anyone’s application portal changed? Mine used to have the Cornell logo in red on top and now the portal has no logo, just Cornell University written in a grey bar, and all of the written information is the same but in smaller print/more condensed.

People on reddit are saying that there is a to do list and there is nothing - no processing. Mine personally is empty
