What will happen to the reward money earned on the Costco Amex? Will Amex send us a check before June 20?
They said it would roll to the new account, so there’d better be a new account!!
@NJres The Fidelity Visa is still 2% everywhere, I requested to be switched months ago after having my Amex number changed for the 5th time.
I received my new Costco VISA today. As said above, be aware that it is in a very nondescript envelope. A regular sized white envelope with little writing on the outside and NOTHING that says Costco or Visa. I thought I was opening garbage mail.

Well, two strikes to that theory.
I got my Costco Visa about 3 weeks ago…maybe longer.
I think y’all should call.
I’m not exactly sure where the rewards are going that have been earned since the last “pay out”. I’m not sure I received the last pay out. Was it in February?
If any of you pay your Costco Amex online be sure to have it all paid off before the drop dead date because after that date you won’t have online access. So, I’m not using my Amex after last Sunday. I paid this month’s charges today so that I won’t have a balance due on the drop dead day.

Most of these questions are answered in the latest Costco magazine. I’ve already recycled it but I believe it’s available online. Credit reports were not pulled.

Not saying there couldn’t be errors but you can be sure that Citibank/Costco WANTS you to have that new card in hand by June 20 - I imagine they will all get out!
I got my new card yesterday.
It will be the first time I don’t have an Amex card. I cancelled my other Amex card that cost $150/ year, and added the Fidelity Amex card, which is free. Now Fidelity is switching to Visa.
