For in-state students looking for financial aid, does W&M take into account the equity in your primary residence? If so, do they take into account the full equity or is it capped?
Their NPC doesn’t ask about home equity. If you really want to know the current and definitive answer, the only people who know the answer work in W&M financial aid so I would contact them.
