<p>Just out of curiosity - are D.C. applicants considered in-staters for admission the same way that Virginians are?</p>

<p>I would agree about being considered in state for the ratios but aren’t you eligible for in-state tuition under some Federal Agreement?</p>

<p>Try not to worry about it. Admission is not much different IS and OOS. Everyone is held to high standards and a lot of it is luck.</p>
