<p>So the first marking period is going to end by the end of this week, and I have a 67 in an AP class. My teacher hasn’t graded 2 of my assignments yet, so if I did good in those I might get a C or C-.
I just wanted to know how badly one D+ or low C in the first marking period will affect your overall grade. If I do get a D, with what grades can I bring up my final grade to a B (85)?
I am definitely going to do better in the next 3 marking periods, now that I’ve learned the harsh ways of this class

<p>I was in the same position as you. Is this a yearlong class? If it is, strive for an A so it will average to at least a B for the first two marking periods then. For the next two, try to get B averages.</p>
