<p>The title says it all. I’m an American citizen applying for undergrad fall 2013 from Bangladesh.</p>
<p>Are the regular deadlines for U.S. citizens applicable for me? Or do I have to submit everything in time as other international applicants?</p>

<p>Most deadlines should be the same for all applicants. When there are different deadlines for various groups, the agency in charge will be very explicit which deadline applies to whom. (For example, the deadlines to register for the SATs depend on your test location, not your nationality.)</p>
<p>In my understanding, and seeing my friend’s apps, you do everything just as an US citizen (which you are).</p>
