What would be 6 ommitted on math, -3 on critical reading,-3 on writing with a 11 essay

TWO QUESTIONS, PLEASE ANSWER.

1) For the writing section, this was towards the end I believe, the sentence about Roman (I Think?) men and women being forbidden to wear anything too extravagant, what was the error?

2) for the CR passage about the orchards, wasn’t one of the answers embarrassment and awe?

i said incredulous… she was skeptical about whether or not getting up in the morning helped…
also, it was prohibited from not prohibited to.
Question: anyone remember the sentence correction about Rita?

I dont think it’s incredulous… remember the question. It was like “as compared with passage 2, passage 1 is more ____”. Well if passage 1 was incredulous, then does that mean 2 was LESS incredulous… more credulous… more naive? No. Instead, passage 2 was less defensive, more objective, compared to passage 1

defensive is proly right. i initially thought incredulous meant skeptical.

@xorrazor for the writing question #29 what was the letter answer?? Because I totally thought it was a gerund error and picked the one with “to wear” and don’t remember prohibited be underlined either??

Also am I the only one going crazy about this incredulous vs. defensive thing because I remember putting subjective for that?? (the passage about early birds) Was subjective even an answer choice?

Is there a writing forum on here? I can’t remember most of the writing questions anyway…lol

^subjective was not a choice

@Nibblin wow I am going crazy was this still the early bird passage? Then I thinkkk I put defensive…I can’t believe some of us still remember this stuff

It was definitely defensive; the one question that i need to get cleared up was the one about the main purpose of the photography passage?

One of the answer choices was to observe a genre through a specific person, the other was to observe the significance/impact of a genre (or something like that)

I put the second one, because there were multiple people mentioned during the passage, which imo threw it of

Anyone remember this writing question in the last section.
It was about some Irish man who found 3000 coins with a metal detector in the Netherlands…

@withtheflow Most of us agreed that it was talking about a specific genre through a person

There was only 1 in active voice ^

@megan, was that the one about the context/

How about the double passage about muir, the one questioning the relationship between passage one and passage two? was the answer about the author of passage two tries to enjoy the similar experience that muir enjoyed on passage 1??

Additionally, for the sudoku and crossword puzzle one, is the answer to one of the question “crossword enthusiasts feared the decline of the popularity of crossword or some sort?” one about converting some people from playing crossword puzzle to sudoku right?? I am not clear on this question…

For the math section, there was a multiple choice question that had like a table A and B and it was asking about the difference of the range.
Do you guys remember that question? what was the answer?

@johnrhee, it was that sudoku takes less time than crossword

@speedlimit, i believe it was 2

@thenerdyjew well a lot of people put the other option (converting crossword puzzlers, since they have to choose between crossword and sodoku since theres only time for one) but i really dont want to argue that again lol… might as well just wait for our scores at this point

@Miami24
So consensus was the answer that I put in my question for sudoku?

Oh god that saved me! :)

i dont want to sound braggy or backing out or anything but just because we say an answer is correct doesn’t mean it’s CB’s official answer (meaning that not only could i be right on the sudoku one, but wrong on others) as @miami24 said, its better to just wait for our scores and quit bickering over these frequently-discussed ones

One of the answers on the Writing was “might of” right? It should’ve been “might have”
