<p>^ I saw this on Yahoo and thought it was very interesting to hear the responses by 9 year olds.</p>

<p>Haven’t played the video clip yet but it gave me a chuckle thinking about a comment that a 7 year-old made last week when our family visited the Tenement Museum in NYC. The tour guide said that sometimes a very young child would be turned away at Ellis Island (due to having a contagious ailment) and would be sent back to Europe unaccompanied by a parent. The guide asked how the child’s parents might have notified family members in the Old Country to meet the child at the dock upon his/her return, to which the 7 year-old replied matter of factly, “By cell phone.”</p>
