***December 2015 SAT (US Only) Thread***

In the 20m math section, I did not get any C. And I am pretty sure the answers are all correct. Is it possible?

DID YOU GUYS GET OBSOLETE?

idk

i had a 18 question writing section that looked like the new SAT but it was the first one. (section2) right after the essay. Im very sure that was the experimental but is it possible that the first one is a dummy?

it was banal

the writing section and the vocab was a lot harder than the previous months i thought and usually I’m very good at writing

i usually ace writing and this time I was very unsure about a lot of questions

O:-)

@Pringlecan I had the same has you. I immediately recognized it as experimental and didn’t even bother to do it, so I left that part blank and took a nice nap

it was x^3

was offered by an error or was that one no error?

it was an error. The sentence should say “Offered at” not “offered by” This is the colorado question just fyi

Did anyone else get the square and triangle math question on two perpendicular planes? It was last question in one of the 20 sections

score prediction?
CR 2 blank, 5 wrong
Math 1 wrong
Writing 1 wrong 12 essay

@keall123 answer is square root 6

@ratclown so that wasn’t experimental? Thanks that’s what I got too

Did anyone have a math question about utensils?

@TheEpic2401Man what are the other answer choices for the obsolete question?
Obsolete, banal, and what else? :frowning:

Guys for the colorado question, can you confirm that “offered by” is incorrect? I thought that it should be “offered att” because a park is inanimate.

Guys I have two questions on the procrastination passage

  • The question asked why both authors asked questions in both passages.
There are two answer choices that say (1) he’s sort of anticipating what the reader may be thinking at that moment (2) central issues of the passages
    I put (1) and feel I’m wrong.
  • The other one is asking what "the irony is that I like writing", one option is (1) blah blah blah "pleasure" <- i only remember there's a word pleasure in that option (2) to point out procrastination is hard to explain or something like that I put (1) but I'm not sure :(
