My son’s was 40% which was the only thing off. 3.9UW 29 ACT. Very competitive class/school. In state. The other thing I think we did wrong was our DE classes. He is a computer major and took mostly computer classes DE (our school doesn’t do AP). He should have taken the gen Ed classes and might have got accepted instead of bridge but who knows.

My daughter is close to your sons stats but we were test optional and super competitive in state school which she’s only like top 48% all honors no AP some dual enrollment

Did anyone who was accepted get any kind of confirming email?
There is no need for an email. If the portal says you are in, you are in.
Not why I’m asking. I can’t see the portal and my D24 can’t log in for another couple of hours. I get her emails tho and was hoping for a positive sign. Last time when she was deferred, an email came out two hours later, explaining the deferral. I was just wondering if Clemson sent out emails this time about acceptances or waitlist, etc.

Gotcha. I have received nothing so far. But did she not get an email saying there is a new status update in the portal? Because that normally comes if you don’t open the status update within 20 minutes.

Yep. She got that email! She’s at a sports practice and can’t open it for another couple of hours. Sigh! So her father and I will just have to wait another couple of hours lol!

I skip my sports practice on decision days because I can’t focus on anything lol. I hope she gets in!

My son was waitlisted. He is in at USC and excited to be there with his sister next year so he will take his name off the WL. Congratulations to everyone!

My daughter was just so, so crushed tonight. This is the one school she loved of all we saw, and she was rejected. Not even waitlisted, which I’m surprised by. Beyond sad for her.
Accepted summer start! Not sure about it because I have trip planned in July.

Bridge for Genetics Dtr really wanted fully in but still is happy to have a pathway to Clemson. May try to appeal for summer start
