I have a 3.95 UW and probably around a 5.6 W GPA and a 2020 SAT. I would guess that the SAT score is a big reason for my deferral because of the great amount of competition OOS. Last Monday, I actually visited UVa (I know…bad timing…but it was already planned) and had lessons with the violin professors there. I was invited because of my arts supplement. Is there a way to send admissions a letter to update them on my recent accomplishments? (i.e. lessons with UVa professors, making All State Orchestra). Also, I have worked hard senior year to get straight A’s for my mid year report (5 AP classes), which I will send. UVa is now my top choice. What should I do to increase the chances of getting accepted? Thanks!
