I’ll go to Tulane or penn state if I don’t get into U of M. mich has always been my top choice but this process is leaving me to feel like just a number… not giving us a date when they release, saying they’ll release by mid April, accepting RD before EA applicants… idk just gives me a sour taste.
I’d be going to either Indiana University or Western. U of M has been my dream school for as long as I can remember.
I would go to Oakland University if I didn’t get into Umich. It’s a smaller school 5 minutes away from my house (in Michigan). With a 3.75 and 31act I have a great scholarship there but I have bled maize and blue my entire life. I will be heartbroken if I don’t get in
I’ll end up at either Penn State or UIUC. Either school will be great, but Michigan would be best
You go to Rochester high? @uofmkatedeferred99
@umich21boyyy Rochester Adams!
@uofmkatedeferred99 We played you guys in tennis this year
Do RD come out around the same days as Deferred student decisions or same ?
Could be the same could be different nobody really knows
i applied RD and haven’t heard anything from them at all…
Did anyone apply to the school of kineselogy?
I was just going to ask…then I see your question. I applied with an intended major of Sport Management:)
Do majors (or school we applied to ) and citizenship status matter that much? I applied to school of kinesiology, and is it true that it is not as competitive as other schools? Maybe I should stop thinking it is easier to get in just in case I would be disappointed in 10 days haha. Also, I’m not an U.S. citizen, does this increase or decrease my chance in anyway?
Smh that I can get into University of Miami (37% acceptance) but I can’t get into Michigan (~50% acceptance rate)
U of M’s acceptance rate for last year was just under 30% so I don’t know what Michigan you’re talking about
@amarz12 I think he’s saying that because he’s in state. So it would be a little higher.
@DannieNguyen “A little higher” like 40-50%
Do you guys know anyone that has found out from the school of kinesiology? Also if you guys don’t mind would you guys mind sharing your stats just so I can get an idea about who applied. For example I have a 3.5, 30 ACT, but I have a lot of stuff regarding sports management (internships, summer programs). I know my stats are not that impressive I was just wondering if others can say what they have.
@FOLeo49a In State 3.7 GPA with 8 APs and 1 IB 31 ACT Applied to LSA 3 Leadership positions in clubs, Lots of extracurriculars and volunteering
Oh so you did not apply to the school of kineslogy? Either way good luck!
