@michiganea2021 Not necessarily. They just release a lot of waitlists and rejections, but a lot of acceptances are still given out.
I’m sure they probably already know most of our decisions, they just aren’t releasing them. They truly are trying to stall and send out the waitlists and rejections at the last moment possible. I wonder if they even have time to do a “Holistic approach” to each and every application. U of M stays being extra… every other college has given me a decision within a month of my application. I know that this is an amazing school and they have to take their time to seek out the best, but this is toying with my emotions. Regardless I’m gonna be up till 12 midnight tonight and tomorrow to see if they release something. If they don’t do it I’m positive I’ll be waitlisted. Also early April doesn’t even mean April 1st, that’s what undergrad admissions told me when I asked. They said “Doesn’t mean they will all necessarily be out by April 1st.” What I’ve been thinking is if they wanted me, they would have told me by now. It’s over.

So nobody who applied Kinesiology has heard yet?
Just wish they would reject me already so I can take them off my options list. And yes, they are the worst I have seen in handling this process.

Can we all take a moment on here to remember that self-selection bias is real af and that many more people have probably already gotten rejected than we would all estimate. People don’t like to talk about their rejections…

Deferred from kinesiology and haven’t heard back yet. I know a someone who applied to kines though and got in after being deferred… not sure if this makes a difference but he also applied to Ross so maybe those people hear back earlier?
@UofMorMSU Yeah, wasn’t there a huge rejection wave last last Friday? My friend was part of that one.
@UofMorMSU yeah I wish CC was a much better representation of the applicant pool. A lot of us are easily in the top 50% and that really skews the predictions.
Also, anyone else on here feel like there has been a huge drop off on the number of posters on this thread? I feel like since the rejections were released, a lot less people have been actively participating on this thread. Just saying.

Everyone on this thread stays up up until midnight every Thursday and Friday because they release waves at those times… we all just like to suffer lmao
