What is the point if they reject you? You are going to threaten them to let you in? It is time to move on. And people have gotten the info before and the colleges use codes no one can understand, exactly for that reason. Don’t waste the negative energy. Go somewhere else and make it a wonderful experience.
early april has turned into mid april…shocking? nope
imagine being care free and being able to enjoy the end of senior year knowing you’ve been accepted to U Mich…can’t relate
@uofmfan Are you sure? I heard that mid-April was for the Regular Decision students and not EA (assuming that you are EA and not RD)
I just called the UofM office of admissions. They told me that the decisions could come out on any day, at any hour, from now until early April. She also said a few times it’ll be out BY April, not in early April. She also said and stressed her words when she said “keep an eye out for an email over the NEXT FEW DAYS, and from now till early April.” She said that like four times and stressed next few days. Let’s hope for decisions to come out in the next few days.
Probably tmrw
@Koomsbooms17, thanks for the info!
literally every person deferred in state in my area is still waiting on a decision
Anybody OOS on this thread awaiting a decision from engineering?
@gdcap62 In-state, but still waiting on CoE along with several friends. Some deferred, some RD.
they’re probably shuffling us around like cards and whoever gets the luck of the draw…
literally half of my high school is going to MSU, not trying to go there to see the same people. dont have 60k per year to go somewhere oos. U Mich please pull through
International waiting for a CoE CS decision
when literally all the colleges in MI have an acceptance rate of over 50%, then there’s u mich,
@uofmfan even if half of your high school is going to msu, msu is big enough(50,000 students) to not see the same high school students. msu is the second best college in michigan.
OK folks time to cut a deal here. Let’s open the bidding for a spot in COE. Anybody gets in and we’ll start an auction. You may have to go to MSU or some other school but you’ll make some hard cash trading your spot for another one at a school well…yeah just as good. Just kidding of course but a way to pass the time.
@gdcap62 I’d blow 8 admissions officers to get into LSA.
@gdcap62 hmmmm? We may just have to consider that. My son got a great offer from Florida. We’ll make you a deal…We’ll trade you his spot in CoE, plus in-state residency if you cover the remaining costs for UF.
HAHAHAHAHA
Got deferred with a 32 ACT and 4.06 weighted GPA. I know I’m mostly on the low end of the spectrum as far as admitted students go, but I have 3 generations of legacy in my family & my sister & cousin are current UofM students… fingers crossed
@gdcap62 Myself and another kid at my school are OOS CoE applicants still waiting after being deferred
