Is it BS? If I go to bed at like 4am around 2 or 3 days a week and past 2am like 3 days a week just because–not b/c I have to do hw, but b/c I don’t want to go to bed, could I have DSPS? IDK though, I don’t really try to sleep earlier than that, it’s just that I don’t feel like going to bed till like 4am. I probably don’t have DSPS and just have a messed-up sleeping pattern or whatever lol.

Anyone else go to bed similarly really late? And I mean b/c you want to–not b/c you are forced to stay up studying.

I go to bed at 4 PM until 11 or 12. Maybe I have hastened sleep phase syndrome.

How much sleep are you getting? It’s normal that a teenager’s internal clock is several hours behind, but seems to me like you can thrive on little amounts of sleep, which probably isn’t as much a defect/syndrome as it is a superpower.

I was “diagnosed” with that. It’s just a diagnosis for the sake of a diagnosis. There’s not much that can be done to help, so I don’t see the need for one.

Try forcing yourself on an earlier schedule and increasing your physical activity. I had to do that recently, but my sleep pattern wasn’t near as late as you.

Mmm I already go to the gym like 5 hrs a week.

Last night I went to bed at 3:30am and woke up at 1:30pm. It’s 5:30am where I am now and I haven’t gone to bed yet. I have to wake up at 6:30am for school.

What is WRONG with me??? What should/can I do about this??? :O
