I feel that Hillary Clinton won that.

I enjoyed Clinton and Sanders. The others were like watching paint dry.

I was encouraged by the lack of “back stabbing” and how professional they kept the debate. No out and out attacks and in fact some surprising statements of support - Webb refrained from criticizing Sanders “conscientious objector” status and Sanders supported Hilary on the email issue.
I thought Hilary shined and I also enjoyed Sanders and O’Malley. Potential running mates for her if she gets the nomination?

I listened to it, then read the follow ups in the paper. Interestingly, O’Malley was good on paper – I liked a lot of the quotes I read this morning, but his delivery last night just didn’t catch my ear. So I doubt he will gain ground. I didn’t settle… but learned a fair amount from listening. I did wish at a few points that Anderson Cooper were running.

You can’t shut it down, soccerchic, but if it gets too political (or if you talk about moderation here, as in asking that question!) the job may be done for you :O)
I am waiting for the tweets from Trump this morning. They should be good. O’Malley called him a “carnival barker.”
I’m not a Democrat so I didn’t like any of them. However, omalley was my governor. …please please look carefully into his record in Maryland. He’s being investigated for many things here. Our very liberal state elected a Republican because of him. Many put the state of Baltimore on him. He had no bid contracts, royally screwed up the health exchange, and awarded contracts to companies where come this January and out of office was getting paid large speaking fees from them. He raised taxes exorbitantly and still left us with an enormous deficit.

I thought Hill & OMalley looked really tele-genic. Sanders looked like the crazy uncle the family hushes up talking about. The other 2 candidates were so unmemorable that I doubt I could pick them out in a police line-up if my life depended on it.

I almost fell off my chair laughing when the camera panned to one candidate, and someone we were watching the debate with said “OMG is that Red Skelton?”
Watched it and played debate bingo. Did not win. Needed “Supreme Court” and something else (can’t remember).
