In my opinion, either you didn’t apply for need-based financial aid or you were rejected maybe

Yeahh they told me “ After first processing and rêviez fin you’re certification of Finances, you have been selected to provide an additional document , the ISFAA

I got waitlisted with a 1400 SAT and 4.4 weighted GPA. I took all IB courses, had pretty good extracurriculars and recommendations/essays.
I’m in! Pretty generous offer too… I’m really happy

My daughter just got acceptance notice. $25K merit aid but that still leaves tuition at almost $42K, which is high. She also got in to Wooster and Goucher with more money ,so we’ll see. She is an IB student with strong grades, ECs and applied test optional.
My daughter just got in with Scholarship 24K, Grant 26.5K and federal grants 7,845K. Total package with regular loans $63,845. I’m absolutely floored by the generosity.
Just found out that I was accepted w/$30k fin aid (22k scholarship), but that still leaves 40k out of pocket. So very excited! Hang in there @jlgant01 – at least it’s not a no!

1500 SAT and 4.0 gpa
Pretty disappointed, I thought my stats + essays were good. I’ve already gotten into some pretty competitive schools so I thought my chances were pretty decent 
Guess that should teach me not to be too confident lol

When do waitlisted students usually hear back from Denison University?
Yeah, I was pretty shocked I was waitlisted, but I did receive a full ride to Sewanee so I’ll probably go there.
I also got waitlisted with a 1490 SAT and 5.0 GPA and guaranteed $25k Alumni Scholarship if accepted.
I was kinda disappointed lol.
So surprise to see all these high GPAs and SATs that are waitlisted. My daughter’s

SAT 1220
You just never know. We are in Connecticut so maybe location has to do with it. She got deferred to regular admission from 2 of her safety schools (Marist and Providence)
