Did anyone receive the ELC letters yet?

<p>So, I’ve heard that they were to come out at the end of August and through September, but I am just wondering if people received them yet. Also, I am curious about which schools will participate this year.</p>

<p>I don’t know, but I’ve just heard that they won’t send the ELC letters by mail anymore. Instead, it will be electronic. That kind of ruins it, :(.</p>
