Did I make a fair trade?

I had to move around a few classes…

Before:
AP English 4
AP French 5
AP Biology
AP Physics B
AP Statistics
Multivariable Calculus (AP weight)
Linear Algebra (AP weight)
Differential Equations (AP weight)
Digital Photography / Radio Programming

After:

English 4
AP French 5
AP Computer Science A
AP Physics B
AP Statistics
Multivariable Calculus (AP weight)
Linear Algebra (AP weight)
Differential Equations (AP weight)
Digital Photography / Radio Programming

Truth be told, I just wanted to get out of AP English. I do intend to major in math so my GC suggested that I drop AP Bio since I had biology before, though I hadn’t had physics before.

idk, did I make the right decision?

Why did you want out of AP English? If you don’t like English that much the AP would probably give you required college credit in a subject in which you aren’t interested.
Most colleges require science credits also–don’t know what else you have in AP science credits but the biology would fulfill college credits for that also.
Since you’re planning on majoring in math, you’ll probably end up repeating some of those courses even though you do have AP credit.

My son took Honors English instead of AP English and kicked himself later. They read better books and there wasn’t much more work involved.
