<p>4 + 1 quarter at relaxed pace. You can get out in 4 or earlier, if you choose.
Civil is not as easy as people make it seem. The concepts are a bit simpler than mechanical/aero/materials/chemical. What makes it the “easiest” engineering major at UCLA is the competitiveness in the courses compared to those of other engineering disciplinaries.</p>

<p>There is another reason too … but I can’t write about it here.</p>

<p>lol im kinda interested in this as well, going to start CEE 101 next fall, kinda scared :frowning: but yeah there is another pretty good reason to go into CEE, just look into some EE or CS classes :)</p>
