<p>For the people who didn’t have the experimental CR section, did you think the vocabulary was harder than usual?</p>
<p>For the people who DOES have the experimental CR section, was there one particular section that you found to be hard, or is it pretty evenly distributed in terms of difficulty?</p>
<p>I’m curious as to whether the people who thought the CR was difficult had the experimental section.</p>

they were not obscure like one of last years</p>
<p>I dunno about you, but I don’t talk about living out on my farm very often. ;)</p>
<p>I didn’t have the experimental section, and I still thought it was hard. Especially the SC. On the BB, I would normally miss 2-4 of the SC, but this time it may be more since I found myself guessing quite a few of them. The beginning SC was easy, but by the time it reached the middle, I thought they were all hard questions.</p>
<p>I can’t help but chuckle thinking of the fact about how too many people out in CC are WAY TOO CONCERNED of the SAT!!!( I myself am too! but when I’m looking at four or five threads started only on determining which are experiemental sections, that made me laugh) Voc wasn’t out-of-earth stuff but yet, the ones weren’t really easy if one hasn’t studied extensively for those. ‘ephemeral’ or ‘esoteric’ common SAT terms but see, I just don’t care for them while studying (dunno why)</p>

<p>esoteric means known by few… usually a professional term</p>
<p>the vocab was insanely difficult. I usually do decent on these sections but I had to guess my way from “bucolic” and “sandry”, and I put whimsical for that question that was supposed to be didactic. And that other question that had the choice E as “substenance” was another toughie.</p>
<p>The definition is pretty esoteric. =)</p>

<p>i skipped the bubolic question because I don’t think I knew any of the words. I know I chose “reconnaissance” over 'flotsam"… I had narrowed it down to those two and I guessed the wrong one. But thankfully I got “didactic”!</p>
<p>I don’t recall my answer to the question with “substanannce.”</p>

<p>umm i don’t remember but weren’t “ephemeral” and “esoteric” on the critical reading comprehension rather than sentence completion?</p>
<p>btw i saw the word “erroneous” like 3 times during the test, lol</p>

<p>right it is sundry and bucolic is the right answer for the farm one. Substenance was choice E for that question where flotsam was the right answer! definately got that one wrong.</p>
