I am looking for a girl to sublet my room in Dovecote at the corner during the 2019 Spring semester! Rent is originally $827/month without utilities, but I am willing to go down to $700. I have a parking spot that’s a 2 minute walk from the building that you can take, and I will also leave my big furniture like my bed, dresser, etc. for free for the semester if you want! You would have your own room and share a bathroom with only one other girl. The building and apartment are beautiful and you’d be living with 4 other girls.
