<p>@Georgetown2014: Just my guess–Since Hispanic office is in San Francisco, and you live in DC area, and they mailed it out on Friday, you won’t get your mail until Tuesday 
I feel your pain! I’m Asian and the Asian office is in DC, but I live all the way in California so I have to wait a long time for mail to go across the country too! Good luck to you!</p>

<p>consider yourselves lucky. I attend a boarding school and all of my mail goes home. So I can’t wait anxiously by my mailbox. Any news I get will have to come via proxy from my family or directly through email. I’m hoping they will send an email soon.</p>

i think they narrow it down from 1800 to 1000 through the documents u turned in. i guess they just want to make sure your are the person you applied as and that you truly do qualify for the pell grant or what not…</p>
