I just recieved mine in the mail,! (Hispanic from Arizona)</p>
<p>Congrats to all you scholars! And to those who got rejection letters…don’t fret. You’ll find a way and have an amazing college experience and show them who’s boss.</p>
<p>As for me…no mail yet. 
I am practically one of the farthest away geographically from the office they mail from, so I know I will be one of the last to know. And that makes me cringe inside…Asian living in CA, and they’re mailing from DC. Anybody have a guess as to when I will get my notification mail?</p>

<p>dang, hispanic in SA, TX and was rejected. I don’t know, I already got the full ride to my dream school but it’d be nice to have the plane tickets and work-study stipend. Still, I suppose I don’t need it now.</p>

<p>ricebayb, Gates will pay your unmet need directly to your school. Call your FA office immediately and tell them you are a Gates Scholar, then get the paperwork in ASAP!</p>

Are your packets arriving from San Francisco, CA (The HSF Offices) or from DC (The UNCF Offices)? Are they arriving through regular USPS mail or others?(i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.)</p>
<p>I feel sorry for all of people that got declined. I know everyone put 100 percent effort in their application. I wish everyone good luck!! Any one get in Bayor university or Texas tech I need advice. I am trying to apply there. If anyone has could you send me a friend request? I need your help. I live in Houston, Texas and I am black!!! I have not received a a letter yet!!! Which me good luck!!!</p>
