The conferences are all expense paid and depending on your demographics you will either be given a ticket to LA or Virginia. I think the Virginia one is held in Sept. the LA one is held in late October early Nov. I went to the LA one and I strongly encourage you guys to go. They set up everything and it’s sooo much fun!! I don’t know how they determine which one you go to because there was a girl who was at Dartmouth but was from Chicago who was at the LA conference, so yeah I don’t know. They’ll send you more info later on like in August for the East conference and September for the LA one.

I think I mailed my sheet to the office and then mailed it back. But if the school is far away you could fax it and have them send it off.

i think we were told that since gates in a part of those organizations that we’re not allowed to apply for other scholarships in the same organization. maybe it’s different with apis, but i think you can only win once.

In our year the guy who is a VP for GMS joined the FB group and answered questions. If he knows about this year’s FB he might do the same and answer questions. Did you guys ask him to join?
