So I’m currently employed at subway, but I don’t k ow how much longer I can keep it wth the classes in taking next year.
Advanced band
AP bio
AP calc Bc
AP French
AP lit
Anatomy/forensics
I also have marching band in the fall with takes up 2 out of 7 days until November.
My parents make me pay for gas, $100 of insurance, and $100 a month for repairs that my car needed when we bought it.
I just don’t think I’ll have enough time to do all of this. Thanks.
Think long term…
Assuming you are a senior, then make sure to work as much as you can over the summer to save up $$. Also get all the info ready for college applications…all your ECs/descriptions/hours and write a draft of your essay. You DO NOT want to be doing that during marching band season.
Ask your parents if you can do chores to make money…cut the grass, weed, etc.
You want to build up a “bank” of $$ for the fall.
Talk to your boss at subway about your hours…can you be limited to Sundays during the fall or minimal hours and then ramp it up after marching band is over?
Start multi-tasking…do homework on the bus ride to football games.
