Do I need to send in non custodial tax returns?

<p>On UVA’s website it states that I need to send in my parents’ tax returns but I only live with one of my parents and I was unsure if it meant that I needed to send both parents’ tax returns regardless if I live with one or both of them or if I just send in the tax return of the parent I live with. Thanks.</p>
