Do ppl that listen to hip-hop and R&B get discriminated against?

Probably so. I think that is standard in most highly intellectual environments. I listen to hip-hop though, and I consider myself intelligent and will probably apply to Brown. Don’t worry about it though.

depends what type of hip hop.

if i hear about someone showing off their rolex watch or pimping *****es…then yes.

but i mean more intelligent stuff is fine by me.

brown is pretty chill about it. as long as you’re not talking about your shiny chrome wheels i dont think you’ll be discriminated against. by the way, I LOVE hiphop/rnb. thats all i ever listen too. and mostly likely at parties, thats what they turn on. now that i think about it, the answer to your question is pretty obvious. who dances to classical music at parties anyway unless its formal or whatever

Discriminated against? no. Made fun of? possibly. Especially if you are white. At parties you will def. hear plenty of trashy hip hop.

short answer: yes

learn to like real music (and no, I dont mean classical. I DETEST CLASSICAL)

Ummm…I think people who don’t like hip hop are discriminated against.

i hope not, it was possibly the most unique part of my application ( the fact that i started up a record label company as inspired through my own musical endeavors)

you wont get discriminated against. people are not that shallow. although i will say there is an obvious lean towards the alternative music scene. (my chemical romance, jack johnson, 311, OAR, you get the idea)

thats possibly the most disparate group of artists you could have come up with!

alternative music scene? what???

OAR and 311, completely diff, as is my chemical romance (dont know them well)

and Jack Johnson just sucks

actually, all 4 of those artists suck.

2 of the 3 bobs in your name suck…

So then what’s “real music?”

dude, if ur chill, u like rap and R and B

its hard to find some1 who does not at least like 1 rap song or r and B song

Try living in the south…

what do u mean by that

By the way, I once started a lynch mob against someone who likes hip hop, and I have signs on my store that say, “No hip hoppers allowed.”

Yeah…

sry man not funny

I live in texas and know several guys who are anti-Hip Hop and R&B…

why, because of the music or the people who make it?
